MyLifter Operation

How do I Control MyLifter?

Lifters are operated by using the MyLifter app. Once the lifters have been paired and (if applicable) grouped together, you can select the lifter from the home page of the app to raise/lower it. There are three ways to control the movement of the lifter.

1. The circle in the very center of your screen. You can drag this up or down to raise or lower the cable of your lifter. How far you drag the circle will affect the speed.

2. The Up and Down arrows that are above/below that circle. Press and hold the button to raise/lower the cable.

3. Smart Lift and Smart Lower. Using one of the previous two methods, you can move the lifter to a desired high point or low point. Once you've reached your desired high point, select Set High in the top left. Now, any time you press Smart Lift in the top right, it will raise the platform to that position. You can do the same with Set Low in the bottom left and Smart Lower in the bottom right.

How do I Re-calibrate MyLifter?

(This is for the "End of Travel Reached" message or if otherwise directed by the app to do a re-calibration)

For a Single (ungrouped) Lifter:

1. Select the lifter in the MyLifter app, and wait until you connect to it in the Control Screen

2. Tap Help in the top right. Select myLIFTER is stuck, or doesn't travel full distance

3. Tap I Have Read the Warning. For additional guidance at any point, you can call the number listed: 833-234-8711

4. At this point the lifter is in an override mode, so if you were encountering an End of Travel Reached error, this will override that and allow you to move the lifter

5. Read the Remove Load prompt. If a load is attached, you'll need to lower it to the ground and remove it. You will also need to unwind the cable from any pulleys, so that the cable hangs freely from the MyLifter

6. Tap Next in the top right. Read the prompt and when ready, select Start Recalibration. One more warning will pop-up. When ready, select Yes, I am Sure

10. The lifter should now automatically re-calibrate. Standard behavior is for it to go up about 1 foot, pause for a moment, go up another foot, continuously until it reaches the ceiling. When finished, it should give a Calibration Successful message

For a Group of Lifters:

1. Select the group in the MyLifter app, and wait until you connect to it in the Control Screen

2. Tap Help in the top right. Select myLIFTER is stuck, or doesn't travel full distance

3. Tap I Have Read the Warning. For additional guidance at any point, you can call the number listed: 833-762-7896

4. A prompt will appear that says Level Group. At this point the group is in an override mode, so if you were encountering an End of Travel Reached error, this will override that and allow you to move the lifter

5. Press Ok. You can make any adjustments if the lifters are not level, by tapping the name of the lifter at the bottom of the screen and using the arrows to move it

6. Once the lifters are level, tap Next in the top right of the screen

7. Read the Remove Load prompt. If a load is attached, you'll need to lower it to the ground and remove it. You will also need to unwind the cable from any pulleys, so that the cable hangs freely from the MyLifter

8. Tap Next in the top right. The app will now disband the group so that you can access individual lifters. Select the one that needs to be re-calibrated

9. Tap Calibrate in the top right.

11. When finished, it will take you back to a screen with a list of the lifters from the group, in case there are any other lifters that need to be re-calibrated
